Email Sites or a Folder
To Email Sites:
- Check the boxes next to the sites you would like to email.
- Go to the
menu under Sites.
- From the menu, select Email Sites.
- Enter a list of email addresses separated by commas, in the To: Box.
- Enter a subject and a brief message that will accompany the links you are emailing.
- You should see the sites you selected as Attachments. You can uncheck any sites you don't want to send.
- If you would like, you can also choose a folder to send with your Sites.
- Click Send to send your email.
- The sites you selected are inserted in the body of your email message directly following your message. After a few moments, you are told that your message was transmitted successfully.
- Click Back to My Sites.
