What are the differences between Blink and BlinkPro?[TOP]
BlinkPro is a sophisticated bookmark management tool that allows you to do the following:
- Access your favorite sites from anywhere, even from a wireless PDA or WAP phone
- Store your sites in a secure account
- Never lose your sites in a computer crash or upgrade
- Transfer your sites easily when changing jobs
- Share you knowledge with coworkers and colleagues
- Send sites by email with one click
- Easy collaboration on web research
BlinkPro is also free from advertisements and the Blink Rewards program.
Can I still log into my account at www.blink.com?[TOP]
No, you must log in at www.blinkpro.com.
Can I use BlinkPro in my company or organization?[TOP]
BlinkPro is a great tool to share your knowledge with coworkers and colleagues. You never have to cut and paste URLs into emails, or worry about losing your sites in a computer crash or upgrade. You will be able to store, share and access your sties from anywhere, even from a wireless PDA or WAP phone.
Is customer support available for BlinkPro?[TOP]
If you have any problems or just have a question about BlinkPro you can go to Help. If you can't find the answers to your questions in the Help section you can Contact Us.
Can I share my BlinkPro account with more than one person?[TOP]
BlinkPro accounts cannot be share with more than one person. Anyone who wishes to use BlinkPro needs to sign-up and register for their individual account.
Can I still earn Blink Points as a BlinkPro user?[TOP]
If you would like to earn Blink Points you need to have a separate account with Blink. BlinkPro is the complete Bookmark management tool free from advertisements and the Rewards Program.
Where is the Public Library?[TOP]
The Public Library is no longer available due to a lack of use. We decided to remove this feature from BlinkPro so we can concentrate on the functions that were more popular.
I had folders posted to the Public Library, what happened to them?[TOP]
Your folders still exist in your account. While the Public Library is no longer available the folders you added were not affected.
How do I share Folders with other BlinkPro users?[TOP]
Please follow these instructions:
- Click the
 Tab and click on a folder you would like to share.
- Then click on the
 menu under Folder. From the menu, select Share Folder.
- Enter BlinkPro member names or email addresses separated by commas, in the To: Box.
- Enter a subject and a brief message that will accompany the folder you are sharing.
- Click Send to share this folder.
- Click Back to My Sites.
Where do I Import and Export my sites?[TOP]
You can Import new sites to BlinkPro or Export My Sites to your computer at any time. Click on the tab and go to Tools under Sites. You can then choose to Import or Export your sites.
Where is Blink Today?[TOP]
If you click on the  tab you will find all the information that was on your Blink Today page. You can view My Top Sites, My Recent Visits, My Public Folders, and much more.
Where is my In Box?[TOP]
To view messages you can access your Inbox from the Home Tab or the Sharing Tab. Click on Home and look under My Sharing to view your messages. When you click on the Sharing tab look under View All Items.
Where is the Blink Remote?[TOP]
You can access the Blink Remote in BlinkPro by going to My Sites and then clicking on Remote. The BlinkPro Remote will launch with a list of your sites and folders. The Remote allows you to see your bookmarks while you surf, save new pages easily, and search for great sites quickly.
Where are the Hotlists of the top sites on Blink?[TOP]
Your Hotlists are still available. Just click on the tab and you can view My Top Sites, and My Recent Visits.
Where is my Member Page?[TOP]
You can access your member page by going to
http://www.blinkpro.com/members/your member name
Where is my Address Book?[TOP]
The Address Book is not available on BlinkPro. While this feature is no longer available you can still Email sites and folders to non-BlinkPro members. Just go to the  tab and choose a folder or site to email. All you need to do is enter the persons email address and BlinkPro will send your sites and/or folders to them. BlinkPro also offers a simple list of all the other members you have shared folders with so you can easily share now.
Where are the Email and Calendar icons?[TOP]
These features were removed from BlinkPro due to lack of use. You can save the links to your Email account and Calendar as Shortcuts, which are accessible on your BlinkPro pages as a drop-down menu.
Where is the Auto Login feature?[TOP]
The Auto-Login feature was not functioning correctly for all of our users. We are re-investigating this feature before we add it to BlinkPro.
Where is the Shadow feature?[TOP]
Due to lack of use of this feature we have decided to remove it from BlinkPro.
Where are folder Ratings?[TOP]
Due to the lack of use of this feature we have decided to remove it from BlinkPro. You can still share folders and view member pages of other BlinkPro members.
Why are the Shortcuts now in a dropdown menu?[TOP]
Based upon user feedback we found that the drop-down menu was easier to use, and more convenient for our users.
What happened to Lite Mode and Full Mode?[TOP]
The Full Mode is now called Folder List, and the Lite Mode has been renamed Directory. Both are available on the tab.
How can I Email Sites to myself?[TOP]
Your BlinkPro email address is still:
Your MemberName@bookmarks.blinkpro.com
How do I cancel my BlinkPro account?[TOP]
To cancel your BlinkPro account, send an email to cancel@blinkpro.com before the end of your trial period. You will receive an email from Blink containing a hyperlink and instructions on how to cancel your BlinkPro account.
