Trouleshooting: Importing.
PC Users
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, or Opera on a PC then we can import your bookmarks, favorites, favorite places from your browser to your My Sites page.
If you have problems importing your bookmarks, it may be due to the following reasons:
- Your browser's security settings are too high for us to access your bookmark file.
- You are behind a firewall so we cannot access your bookmark file.
- Your browser is set so it does not accept Java applets.
To check your security settings in Internet Explorer, click your browser's Tools menu (or View menu, if you use IE 4.0 or earlier) and select Internet Options. Click the Security tab to check your browser's security settings. If it is set to "high" thrn you should lower it to "medium". Then try to import your bookmarks again.
To check your security settings in Netscape, click Edit and select Preferences and Advanced.
Make sure that you have Java, Javascript, and style sheets enabled.
Mac Users
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape on the Mac OS,then we can import your bookmarks or favorites from your browser to your My Sites page.
If you have problems importing your bookmarks, it may be due to the following reasons:
