Troubleshooting: Registration
Is your browser displaying error messages or blank pages when you try to register? This might be due to compatibility problems with our secure server. You can solve this problem by registering on our standard server: New users click here, upgrading users click here.
Alternatively, you can try to reduce your browser's security settings by checking if:
- Cookies are enabled
- Security settings are at Medium or lower
- There are no other Blink members signed on your computer
If the problem persists please Contact Us and let us know what browser and platform you are using.
If you are having problems upgrading an existing Blink.com account for BlinkPro, follow these steps:
- Make sure you are currently logged-out of BlinkPro. You can tell you are logged out if a space to login is provided at the top of the page.
- Log-in at the top of the page using your current Blink.com username and password.
- You should be taken to a BlinkPro registration page with your personal information already filled-in. Complete the form with payment information to start your free trial of BlinkPro.
- If instead of the registration form you are immediately logged-in to BlinkPro and are shown your bookmarks then you have already registered for BlinkPro and there is nothing left to do.
- If you can't remember your Blink.com password, you can request it here.
