PDAs & Other Wireless Devices

Do you have a Palm Pilot or other PDA with web access? If so, you can go to mobile.blinkpro.com to access all your BlinkPro bookmarks.

To log into BlinkPro using a PDA or other wireless mobile device with web access:

  1. Using your wireless device, go to mobile.blinkpro.com
  2. Enter your BlinkPro member name and password
  3. Click the Login button

If you create a folder in your My Sites page named "mobile", BlinkPro Mobile will automatically select this folder when you login. This lets you keep all your wireless sites in one place.

If you check the "Remember?" box when you log in, BlinkPro will save your password in encrypted form. Then, after you login, bookmark the next page ("My Sites") on your PDA. In the future, if you use this site you will not have to re-enter your member name and password to access BlinkPro Mobile.

Once you login to mobile.blinkpro.com, you will see a drop-down menu at the top with all of your BlinkPro folders. Select any folder to view the bookmarks inside, and then click GO.

Below your sites, another pull-down menu allows you to perform basic BlinkPro features like adding or deleting sites and folders. To access one of these features, select it and then click GO.

At the bottom of BlinkPro Mobile you will find a menu of other available commands:

  • My Sites - displays BlinkPro My Sites page with your sites and folders.
  • Public Library - displays all the sites in the "Wireless" sites.
  • Preferences - allows you to change your BlinkPro settings, or add an optional bio about yourself for other members to view.
  • Logout - logs you out of BlinkPro Mobile
  • Help - displays help on using BlinkPro Mobile

NOTE: You can also access mobile.blinkpro.com from any PC web browser. It does not contain graphics, and does not use cookies; so page-loading time is very fast.
